I know these four walls
All to well
The structure begins to fall
As I break free from it's spell

Skin tingles
Awaken to anew
Life in the balance it mingles
And charms its way through

Heartbeat struck
With fear
As my mind begins to buck
I fight to see clear

Fog surrounds me
With other people's words
Confusing what will make me happy
My soul needs to be heard

In a moment
Of chaos that surrounds
I stand still and silent
It's then my souls voice is found

Step forward
This is not the time to rest
Move onward
Change is for the best
